Letter from the Founder and CEO

Dear employees, partners, clients, and new shareholders,

With the official listing of ING-GRAD shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we are opening a new chapter in a story that has been ongoing for four decades. I am proud to share this moment with all of you – our employees who are the heart of the company, our partners who have supported us throughout the years, and our clients and shareholders who have recognized the strength of ING-GRAD and its role in the economy and society.

Construction is a specific business. There are no shortcuts or instant success – just knowledge, perseverance, and people ready to build. ING-GRAD started as a small family business with clear principles – to work with quality, as a team, and for the long term. The journey from the first scaffolding we mounted as a family business to one of Croatia’s most stable and long-standing construction companies was demanding and challenging. What has always kept us going is the same – people. The knowledge, dedication, and courage of those who have built ING-GRAD over the decades, from our employees to our loyal contractors and suppliers.

We closed the past year with the best business results ever – with nearly 130 million euros in revenue and a record 316 million euros in contracted projects. And the strong interest from investors in purchasing our shares exceeded our optimistic expectations. Due to high demand, the number of shares offered was increased by 120,000 to 1,320,000 during the public offering. More than 2,600 new shareholders include 2,480 small investors, such as citizens and our long-time partners who recognize our vision for growth and development. I am particularly proud that almost half of our employees have become co-owners of ING-GRAD because this speaks to how much they believe in the stability and prosperous future of the company to which they have dedicated years of work, effort, and knowledge.  

All these results show that ING-GRAD is not just a business – it is a community, a vision, and a long-term story we are building together.  

I believe our IPO will pave the way for other companies in the construction sector because of its enormous potential. The domestic capital market needs more stable, successful companies. And we will continue to do what we do best – restore cultural heritage, build modern infrastructure projects, and create a better future for our cities and people, together with all the shareholders who are now with us.
