  1. Visit any of the 170 FINA branches in the Republic of Croatia (a list of branches with addresses and working hours is available at https://www.fina.hr/poslovnice), where FINA officers will prepare a completed Offer Acceptance Statement for you (required documentation is ID card or passport and bank account card).
  2. The minimum investment amount is EUR 500.00, with no upper limit.
  3. If you intend to purchase shares with cash, FINA will not charge a payment transaction fee for cash deposits (the Issuer covers this fee).
  4. You will receive payment instructions if you intend to purchase shares via bank transfer. The payment must be made so that the funds are received in the Underwriter’s account (IBAN HR5824020061300000162, opened with Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d.) no later than March 6, 2025, by 4:00 PM.
  5. If you are a client of Interkapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o. or HITA-vrijednosnice d.d. (“HITA”), you can also purchase shares through them.
  6. To their email address, investors will receive confirmation of the number of purchased shares on March 6, 2025, at the earliest. Any excess funds will be refunded no later than March 13, 2025.
  7. The expected date for listing shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and starting trading is Monday, March 10, 2025.
